Pros
Very few pros for this company. I did enjoy some of the people I worked with.
Cons
It's a typical outsourcer. Do much, much more with less and be prepared to work in a sweatshop. It's business at any cost - just hit the bottom line with your numbers. Very inexperienced management team when it comes to leading and managing people so anything goes. Favouritism is rampant.
