Supportive team, but building needs upgrades - Lsc Advisor SCL Education Group Employee Review

I have been with SCL for nearly two years now, and I can honestly say it was one of the best career moves I have ever made. When I first applied, it was for a part-time position. However, I was offered an incredible opportunity to become a mentor within the company, and it has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional life. SCL consistently encourages its employees to succeed, develop their skills, and reach their full potential. Hard work and achievements are recognised and celebrated, which creates a positive and motivating working environment. The support I have received, particularly regarding my health challenges, has been exceptional. The company has always been understanding, compassionate, and accommodating, allowing me to feel valued both as an employee and as a person. SCL is one of the most diverse and inclusive organisations I have worked for. Everyone is treated with respect and given equal opportunities, regardless of their background or differences. This creates a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, even within a busy and demanding environment. We work together as a team, supporting one another and collaborating to solve problems whenever they arise. There is a genuine sense of unity and shared purpose throughout the organisation.
