I have mixed emotions about SCG, I was upbeat to have started at first but as time passed the flaws became apparent. Although they did do some things well and are a bunch of friendly and respectful people. - Office environment can be dynamic and enjoyable - Supportive environment where they promote collaboration - Customer experience is at the heart of the business, always looking to put the customer first - They have great buying power and can be margins that you can work with
Cons
- Very low pay, below average - Too much restructuring, internal changes, and making false promises - Lack of growth opportunities - The bar is set very high so the chances of a performance increase is highly unlikely - Customer experience team deals with all the fires and everything falls on their lap, you’re only seriously considered if you work in Sales. - Long-standing individuals are the favourites.
