Working with underserved families. Activities for the families they serve.
Cons
Too much is expected of the case planners with little to no recognition. Poor onboarding and training. Overworked and underpaid. Director has favorites as well as the supervisors. Overall toxic work environment would not recommend. No work life balance whatsoever.
