A lot of innovation happening; both on the labs side, and the saas side of business. Quality people = quality work.

The cannabis industry is in flux at the moment. Payment and regulatory constraints make it difficult for operators to turn a profit (ie- AR becomes difficult).

Good stepping stone to a better job, but don’t stay if you like being paid what you are worth and having good relationships with your managers

Expect to have voices raised at you for having commitments that prevent you from doing overtime. More micromanagement than experienced in any other environment, despite only paying as much as fast food. Good work is not rewarded or recognized, but perceived slacking is punished. Insanely stressful. You can tell the culture has made the managers miserable in how they treat their employees.
