Our leaders and HR representatives maintain an open-door policy and are available to listen to concerns anytime. Within the UK, we also have a grievance procedure that is available for all employees to raise complaints and concerns they may experience in the workplace and it ensures these claims can be investigated fully and independently to address any allegations made. We also have a confidential hotline that is available for employees who would like to raise concerns anonymously.

Regarding returning to offices where and when local guidance has allowed, we have invested significant resources and have gone to great lengths in preparing our spaces for SCJ people to safely return to office. In addition to this we also offer a variety of benefits to help and support our people, in the UK, this includes a condensed working week, flexed start and finish times, smart working, and the opportunity to submit flexible working requests.
