Pros
Nothing good to share about this company. Understaffed and expected to work 24hrs. Low wages (starting salary engineers are 3350 - jokes). Dont get me started on the diploma/nitec/hnitec pay. Don’t bother joining especially if you’ve a local degree. They’ve an extremely high turnover due to their toxic environment.
Cons
People will secretly take audio recordings of your conversations and use it against you without you knowing. Good luck if you really want to join this backstabbing culture of a company.
