      CEO is guided by customers and employees. Management inspirational to team. Renumeration is acceptable. Happy customers make life at SBG a joy!

      Cons

      Only that complexity of the way competition behaves adds a stigma to IMU and Navigation markets. Once clients get past this traditional stigma, all is good!

      Great work/life balance, co-workers are all super nice, management is very involved with employees. Get to fly to France once a year!
