Pros

Nice hotels, lots of driving (if you like that). Customer Service Reps were great to work with. You were mostly left alone.

Cons

So glad these types of sites are out there! Poor pay for the time away from home. Very poor gas reimbursement. They paid .17-.19 per mile. Just enough for gas but no maintenance. They offered one oil change per month but I was doing 600-1600 miles per week. They were unwilling to give more gas reimbursement. Owners care very little for the employees. The management is all family. Saw has 4 BBB complaints on them. All closed now. Very little training for the very wide knowledge base you need. You go out of your way for them but they don't care. I serviced two other states for 1-2 weeks each. Wasn't required of me but not even a pat on the back. Just trying to be a team player. Service area was enormous. Drove as far as 8 hours away to service customers. You're rated on your completion percentage but you end up being forced to order parts that never come generally. So you can't do anything about your percentage. Supervisor was totally ok with subpar fixes. It was about getting the completion. The Customer Service reps worked from home. Saw started building a home base in South Carolina. If the CSR couldn't move to the new location they would get rid of them. In my opinion Saw is a fly by night operation.
