      Travel is nice, some of the best people in the world are the associates, loved the actual work

      Cons

      Very political, too many snakes in the grass, poor communication with management, very demanding, lacking in salary, daily allowance and mileage rates are a joke

      Remodel associates are hard working and a pleasure to work with!

      Cons

      Upper management over supervisors micro manage and set the supervisors up for failure. They have very little if anything positive to say and more often than not talk down to you! Leaves you wondering if there is anything you do right?
