Pros

Depending on the team you're on/assigned to, there can be some flexibility The work, while physically demanding, can be somewhat interesting as far as merchandising goes. Salary for my geographical area was okay No nights/weekends is a nice bonus

Cons

No benefits Interactions with leads and "elite" leads and above (yes, that's a thing) are marked with disrespect at best, and hostility at worst Hours will fluctuate wildly - not unexpected to work a 15 hour shift one day, and a 4 hour the next Communication is absolutely abysmal at all ranks; items of import are often not communicated at all, or communication occurs with such disdain that you'd rather not talk to anybody representing the company For a part time position without benefits and low mileage reimbursement, there is a disturbing amount of backstabbing, gossiping/drama, and stepping on each other to climb the proverbial promotion ladder: best to trust no one within this company.

Pros

Weekends off, you can take off anytime you want. You just need to let them know before the schedule is made.

Cons

Don't use the open door policy or contact h.r. They will retaliate and schedule you off more then the other members on the team. Give you easy projects so you only get 5 hours or less a day. I guess they don't know that you can pull up your tax information to prove how much your hours have been cut. Seniority means nothing. The schedule usually comes out just a few days before the new wave. Your email will be filled with diversity and inclusion emails.
