Pros

- Great culture! - Team members from all over the world which I find exciting - Great support from team members and colleagues - Good working climate - Hybrid working and flexible work time with much flexibility - Understanding and support for me as a parent, part time work is possible - Bonus is reliable within a defined range - Focus on fair pay and equal pay; pay is ok (not top top level, but upper mid range) - work-live balance is manageable due to flexibility - Job comes with safety, it is a company you can stay for a longer time and develop within, if you wish - ESSP (buy stocks with getting some on top) is exceptional compared to other companies - free lunch, which is nice

Cons

- Additonal Bonuses are available but rare compared to other companies I know - Bonus is reliable (it will never be zero) but it can not be significant high, like double - Salary is not top top level (but culture, team, jobs tasks, development opportunities ... all together it compensates ) - benefits from other companies provide more overall, like more budget for a company car, spending budget for health etc

Pros

I really liked my role at SAP. After being a cloud Customer Success Manager supporting strategic clients for several years, I moved into a group doing digital customer outreach including producing newsletters, release enablement, webcasts, documentation, event registrations, etc. Salary and bonuses were good, no complaints there.

Cons

No real cons for the job that I was in, except that our group was eliminated by the corporate restructuring and reduction in workforce in North America in 2025. I would have loved to stay but unfortunately we probably showed up on a restructuring spreadsheet somewhere and it was determined that our services were no longer needed. We off-boarded most of our work to other existing employees (who already had full time jobs), which felt unfair to them, but that is how it shook out.
