      Lots to learn and as company is improving. There are so many things than can be improved as the company is taking a new path to solve his biggest problem with technical debt.

      Cons

      Old technologies and lot of bureucracy for code reviews. High technical debt. Some people are toxic and will do whatever they need to keep their job.
