Pros
You can swear as much as you want. So that's a plus if you're into that.
Cons
The company takes advantage of newly-graduated kids by promising them the potential for career growth and the ability to move up in the company. However, in my two months working there, what I really noticed was the burnout rate was incredibly high. This is due to a number of factors. While employees are supposed to get off at 6 p.m. each night, thanks to excessive micro-managing by the CEO, expect to be there until 7 or even 8 p.m. Employees are also expected to work on Saturdays, so kiss any potential free time you have good bye. You do learn a lot as you're expected to do everything - manage clients, write copy, enact digital marketing strategies, etc. - but truthfully, you can get that experience in a much more structured and less stressful environment (and for a higher salary).
