as with any instructional/teaching job there is a lot of freedom to work at your own pace, sait has no claim on that. teaching gives you that automatic reward
Cons
poor management, poor decision making and done without consulting their best instructional staff, sneaking behind one back to make incompetent decisions and then leave it up to the instructor to clean up the mess and apologize to their student body
