Pros
Great place to work with understanding management. Plenty of opportunities for growth (I’ve had a few promotions within) with flexible scheduling.
Cons
Pay stinks in this field. Safy is trying but there is still a long way to go to be where people with these degree levels/amount of education/licensures should be. Stress can be high at times and some weeks are awful work/life balance due to it, but it’s not consistent.
