      Staff is very helpful and timely with assisting new employees.

      Cons

      Goes without saying recruitment requires some Saturdays but they are willing to work with you. It's a great organization!

      Coworkers are great, sometimes flexible schedules

      Cons

      High case loads of over 17 clients. Upper management offers no support. Foster parents are not punished for not upholding their end of contracts
