Lots of inconsistency. We are all supposed to do things the same, follow the same procedures, etc, but it varies at every location. This is a sales job. You are required to make a monthly quota. Your raise will be based on many different things (including your yearly goals), so depending on how well you do your first year, you still might not get a full dollar even if you exceed expectations.
