There are times when the administrative part appears to be a government office when in fact it is a Non Government Organization.

Friendly Staff and Positive Working Environment

The Senior Management and Board is totally not in touch with ground reality, completely incapable of running an organisation and are only interested in making money for themselves. A completely useless senior management, doesn't know anything about running projects and organisational development and the middle management and leaders are no better filled with people just pretending to work and collecting their salaries instead of caring that the salary they get is actually donated by someone to make life of the poor people better. They present a good front but the mask can be ripped off easily by careful scrutiny of their working and operations.
