Pros
Fair to high paying positions and besides the pay the co-workers make coming to work worth it.
Cons
Lead Administrators don't work at the locations but still perform performance reviews which is unfair as they aren't completely aware of what's going on in other locations but grade on a made up score card. Administrators should be rewarded for their overall performance based off of the onsite managerial reviews not long distant leads. Advancement and raises seems impossible under this procedure.
