Cons
Very unsafe! I was there only a couple of weeks. There were items WAY too heavy on top shelves. Forklifts driving around too fast and not honking. The metal grating system on the second floor destroyed my legs everyday. This place I was at, I guess had just been going through new people like crazy! They could not keep anyone from what I heard. They were so hard up for employees, they were hiring people without a background check. I guess before I was hired they lost a guy who had been there like 9-10 years. I just walked off the job? That crew was working 10-14 hour days at night for like 2 months. The didn't have a general manager, and in a meeting the next guy in charge said, "I know your tired. You all have been working long hours, and we are trying to get people, but the quota for everyone has gone down. I need you all to get it back up. Don't come to me telling me your tired, or that your quota is down because I'm tired!" Sounds like AWESOME management huh!? They cause the problem, and then motivate everyone with this speech. Outstanding Leadership! That is why I didn't stay.
