Pros
Great benefits, including a quarterly wellness reimbursement, unlimited PTO, plus an extra company-wide 2 weeks off around the winter holidays. It's easy to maintain a good work-life balance, and it's extremely rare to have to put in work outside of regular hours. The engineering team is quite small, but we support a product with a lot of capabilities that still has a lot of room for growth, so there are quite a few opportunities to explore different areas of software engineering within this product to fit your own interests or to learn/extend your knowledge of other engineering topics.
Cons
The company is growing quite rapidly, so there have been some growing pains with new processes, new management, and a shift in certain expectations, but all things considered, the changes have been fairly positive overall.
