      Great Co Workers in the area. Access to sales tools etc.

      Cons

      Ryerson will change the rules on your bonus structure to benefit upper management. The overall bonus structure is sub par and was recently changed to an all time low.

      Culture, Coworkers, Benefits. Excellent job training. Supportive

      Amount of work can be a little overwhelming at times but team is very supportive and ready to jump in to help when needed.
