Pros
A lot of exposure to different technologies and industry overall, many projects ongoing and very solid company, tenure is really high which makes it really stable for some people. Great itegration with OEMs, excellent relations in the industry.
Cons
Need more investment in training, a lots of improvement in managerial communication from top to bottom. Many great ideas but seem to fade among management decisions. Very complex mix fleet makes very difficult to keep up with technological changes. Perhaps such a high tenure stops some of the young great ideas. Sometime is more the talking than doing, needs a major road map plan.
