They will mandate overtime and dock you points if you can't stay. These mandated overtime shifts will come in clusters, so you'll go months without seeing them at all and then all of a sudden you need to stay for twelve hours every shift and saturdays for weeks at a time. If you can't you will be fired without question or grace. Facilities resemble a prison.
