Pros
I guess some of the people were nice? Until I quit and nobody responded to me ever again.
Cons
- Management are dishonest about the job, compensation, and hours up until the moment you start. Interviews lasted multiple rounds and all the important details were hidden until the very end. - The goal is to take advantage of their employees. Essentially they only pay a percentage of a sale, you don't get paid if you don't make a sale. William, the CEO, literally brags about how "low risk" their business strategy is. What a complete joke. - No compensation for gas or driving time, despite job sites being many miles from the office, where you report every morning. So you will be spending significant money on gas daily even if you live right next to the place. (again, if you don't make any sales, you take home NOTHING) - They make you dress "business professional" at the office before changing to a polo to go outside. For no reason. No interaction with customers in the suit, I guess it just makes William feel powerful to make people do stuff for no reason. - Zero flexibility in hours, despite the job being fully commision based, you are expected to work 6 days a week, until 8:15 on weekdays. - Did I mention the job is door to door sales? No? Oh yeah, so even if they fixed all of that (they won't) it would still be a terrible job.
