Too many to list them all but here are some top of mind: -Great culture -Huge Market and stability - recession resistance -Fantastic Talent -Pay and Benefits - best I've ever seen -Open and Honest Communication from the CEO down -Leadership Support is unmatched -Everyone pulls the same direction -best for client and firm - low politics -No layoffs - ever For People Leaders - -Supportive HR -Great talent identification - high potential talent pool of ICs -Not understaffed - Leadership support w/justification -Open door policy from the top down -Best in class onboarding and training for you and your team -Clear advancement path and resources for future leaders -Exec and Mentorship program -Meritocracy - Get what you put in - fair and transparent comp plan -Private company with major stability and heritage like a public firm

Cons

Really not very many: -Growing pains that come with frequent M&A -Technology maturity not there yet - but we're getting there! -Like any large company - have to work hard to break down silos - right attitudes to work together but its an unavoidable challenge to align on ways of working
