The depth and breadth of Ryan's talented tax professionals is unmatched in the Tax Consulting Industry and by far exceeds the capabilities of much larger Big 4 Firms. Ryan has invested significant resources to develop a service delivery model that is difficult for our competitors to duplicate. Our tax professionals are driven by our purpose to reduce our clients tax liability to the lowest levels allowed by law, while maintaining integrity and our reputation in everything we do.
Cons
For the few that our not driven to happily achieve and work towards our vision at Ryan, we have been slow to identify those few individuals that may not be a good fit in a fast paced, hard working teaming environment. I am glad to see our CEO made it very easy for those not happy here at Ryan to find their purpose with another firm. Those that remain, which is the vast majority, are very happy to be here and are very grateful to be part of a growing firm that takes such great pride with our service delivery and our results that we generate on a daily basis.
