Pros

1. 10 days holiday and 2 days sick leaves per year 2. Decent enough benefits for full timers... but employees shoulder some of the payment 3. They got a snooker table if you know how to play 4. Chalk this up in favour of work/like balance -- you get to go home at 5pm if you are not being picked on by a manager and given senseless inconsequential requests at 4:55pm

Cons

1. Bullying and passive aggressiveness of one of the managers and like employees are put down constantly and sometimes publicly 2. A lot of micromanaging and dictatorial habits by a business (co)owner 3. Management was against work from home even if covid was spreading in the office and insisted people to go to the office with bad air circulation 4. Recycling worn on strategies, plans and ideas

Pros

Friendly environment overall, and coworkers are chill. The culture is more informal than corporate, which can be nice day-to-day. Medical benefits are decent, nothing exceptional, but acceptable.

Cons

Only 10 days of vacation, which feels very limited. There’s little to no career growth or pay increments, even after years. Designers and account managers face a clear ceiling with no real growth path, and developers face an outdated tech stack. Work is very ad-hoc, with tasks piling on daily and little structure. Management doesn’t seem to have a clear strategy for growing the company, and the business has gone through multiple layoffs recently. Many employees are now on reduced working hours, which adds to the instability and uncertainty.

Pros

Good location, free parking and easy access to DVP.

Cons

Cons. Low pay. Mediocre benefits. Very disorganized way of doing things. Incompetent manager and clueless leaders/principals.
