Not a lot of supervision hence less space for mentorship

Its a good institution which is involved in different career development areas. It can help in running business with fast facilities in doing business

A lot of restructuring which sometimes discourages staff in making them unstable. A lot of workload with very little compensation. No clear job descriptions of staff and no clear induction.
