Great support and pay for adjuncts.
It’s a bit above 8k per online course spread out biweekly. Small online class sizes. Little to no burden for adjuncts for adjusting syllabus or course logistics. Just grading and student support.

co-workers are super nice, friendly and collaborative. Good flexibility in work arrangements. My immediate boss is nice.
Cons
Morale is quite low, and turnover is high. We are losing good people and goals are not being met. Senior Leader tell us to do more with less, and do not want constructive feedback. They don't lead by example, taking elaborate trips instead of being present and supporting staff. Rules don't apply to them. So disappointing, not what you would expect from a public university.
