Pros
As a student, its a great place to work because everyone cares about your education. If I have to study for an exam, I am able to do so during work hours because my boss sincerely wants me to succeed in school.
Cons
Sometimes hard to come up with a fitting work schedule. Since all the employees are Rutgers students, with the same major, many of our classes meet at similar times. Because of this, finding a working schedule can be difficult.
