Pros
Company does a lot for the employees. The company has great benefits, decent pay, summer hours, pension plan, etc. General atmosphere is positive also.
Cons
There isn't a lot of good mentoring. I worked there a while and never really was mentored. They offer some good classes for bosses to take, but it doesn't seem to carry over into the work environment.
