Pros

Call volume is not insane but does stay consistent and calls are often complex in nature requiring a lot of thought and research to resolve. Contract automatically renewed every 6 months.

Cons

Limited chance of being hired on full-time. Health insurance is offered but expensive and high deductible. No PTO and mandatory furloughs with minimal notice. Pay is often incorrect so watch pay stubs closely. Very high turnover. Training and resources could be improved dramatically. Wages are too low for area, not livable, especially if you are a sole wage-earner in the household.

Quick on-boarding Clients were good

Cons

Contacts were not quick to respond unless the company you work for contacted them At random times a paycheck could be missed and it would be up to a week before you got it
