I work for a division of Pride Global side by side with Russell Tobin. I'm also a 20 year veteran of the staffing industry so I have a few companies to compare RTA to. The culture of RTA is more supportive and positive than any other staffing firm I've seen. We invest in both formal training and development, and fun activities that make the staff happy to come to work. Honesty and integrity are valued - both candidates and clients are treated with respect and their best interests are foremost. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a career in staffing.
Cons
Quirky culture and open office plan isn't for everyone. if you need strict KPI's and reporting to manage yourself this isn't for you.
