Pros
I started at Printfly in 2014, and I have enjoyed being around for the steady growth of a company of 80 employees to 250+ in that timespan. In my time here, I have formed close-knit bonds with some of the most smart, interesting, creative and hard-working people that I have ever met. Employees are encouraged to be themselves, and are given the opportunity for growth and development. It wasn’t without growing pains along the way, but the future is bright at Prinfly.
-The company prides itself on being a tech-based, printing company. With that, we are constantly bringing in new, state of the art equipment. Employees are given the opportunity to hone their craft with the best equipment in the industry.
-In 2019 alone the company rolled out a monthly bonus program for its production team and drastically increased the quality of medical benefits/401k.
-The company holds quarterly happy hours, Food Truck Fridays, not to mention annual holiday parties.
The main thing that sticks out at Printfly, though, is the people. What keeps myself, and my co-workers coming back each day is the people that we are surrounded with on a daily basis. Printfly is a group of positive, driven people who always know how to put a smile on your face. From the moment you walking the building, that energy is felt, and drives the company as a whole.
Cons
Communication from the top down when major changes are coming for the company. With the immense growth over the years, sometimes things are slow to trickle down to the rest of the company. This is to be expected with the rate of growth, but definitely something to be mindful of
