Pros

The majority of employees are great people who work hard and support each other. The company will give an opportunity to almost anyone who can demonstrate basic problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Low-level employees who work hard and apply themselves have a good chance of getting promoted. 75% remote work is great. It's a great opportunity for young people to get started in the casino industry.

Cons

The work schedule is brutal, everybody has to work nights and weekends. The work is fast-paced and hectic. You spend a lot of time dealing directly with very unhappy people and you are part of the system that is preying on those people and in some cases destroying their lives. Lots of employees get one promotion and then remain stuck where they land without real opportunity to advance any further. Upper management plays favorites, exploits the workforce, and regularly engages in duplicitous and unethical behavior. Pay is far below what it should be given how hard the employees work. Get your start here and then move on to a better company because lurking behind the supportive environment is a cancerous and toxic beast that chews people up.
