      We are definitely a very fast paced environment and making our Customers our top priority requires us to move at that fast pace. Hiring and retaining great team members and being fully staffed is a constant goal of our and we strive every day to find, hire and assemble the best team we can.

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
