      Pros

      Not much, culture of this company is amongst the worst.

      Cons

      55 hr weeks at a minimum. Pto sucks and healthcare does as well very expensive. All the benefits are bad and 16 hr days are common. Culture is awful and hourlies are treated like crap. Your entire performance is based off customer surveys and credit cards

      Pros

      If you are a good worker, they will give you great hours. I have made many connections and thoroughly enjoy my job.

      Cons

      If you are not a good worker, your hours will be cut. The company is very strict on scheduling allotments.
