Pros
As a Sales Lead the pay can be very competitive. Taking into account bonus I started making around $12-14 an hour. (However from what I've gathered they've changed this) The clothes are cute/reasonably priced, and you are able to gain a lot of experience through a company that has the ability to continue to grow. They also do a fantastic job (or just get really lucky) in regards to store managers. I went through three and they were all amazing: organized, knowledgeable, and friendly.... which leads me to my cons.
Cons
Area managers and the people higher in rank are SO unprofessional. Whenever you are having to communicate with them on a daily basis and you don't hear any encouragement or back handed compliments, it gets old and fast. They also really put down the store managers, and when you see them work 50 hours a week and trying their best that gets frustrating and it seeps into the work place. Which is why I left.
