Great team: very proactive, autonomous, energetic. People focus. Lots of autonomy and room to grow and learn. Lots of different projects. Context changes all the time and you need to adapt so you won't get bored. Good work and life balance. Everyone is very open and approachable including the founders. You can speak your mind. If you like having a say in how you work, and mastery is one of your drives, this is the place for it.

Salaries are below average for the current Barcelona market. You are expected to rise up to the challenges and try to solve things even if you don't have the skills. People will help you get there, but if you are waiting for someone to hold your hand and walk you through it, this is not the place for you.

Runroom is exactly the kind of company where I had always wanted to work: a place where I can grow and learn every day from professionals I admire; where respect for people prevails first and foremost and where there are plenty of opportunities to have fun. I love the culture and the organization: the company structure is horizontal so that every person within the organization can add value. We all contribute and that way, we all progress together.

Internal communication could be improved. But it is something that is taken into account and that we are working on.
