Pros
I had just moved to the area and was looking for immediate hire. My hopes weren’t high as I needed some sort of income right away. However, after my first interview with Runnit I knew it wasn’t going to just be a job but a career. The team doesn’t miss a beat, everyone is on point, always interacting and the office is lively and inviting. They emphasized their family-team dynamic in the interview process but they were being completely honest. I walked in my first day and immediately my nerves were gone. They didn’t treat me as “the new guy”, I felt like I had been a part of the team for months. The team culture is refreshing, everyone works hard and pushes each other, they even do charity events and team nights outside of the office.
Cons
It is a very self-motivated type of role, if you work hard you will get the results you want but the job isn’t for slackers. You are constantly working in a team environment so if you are not a people person, you might want to look elsewhere.
