Future-focused company that is already making history. - Communications Runecast Employee Review

Runecast Analyzer (software solution) is superb, and customers and industry experts all agree how amazing it is. The company is nicely UX- and development/QA-focused, while still understanding the importance of marketing to spread the news and sales to put it into customer hands. The founders are all hands-on, open-minded, approachable guys, and their plans for the company are smart (not political or ego-driven). It's mindblowing to me that a team of 30 people can do what it takes 100 or more to do in other companies where I've worked... in large part because employees are empowered to do what needs to be done.
