      I cannot think of any good reason to work here.

      Megalomania is rife within the leadership group, they will chew you up and spit you out.

      Pros

      I've been working at RunTech for less than a year and it has been a great experience so far! I was hired during COVID-19 so my role has been primarily remote but the team have made a huge effort in making me feel included and supported since the beginning. The management team really care about personal development and have already funded marketing courses for me to attend.

      Cons

      I don't really have any concerns to be honest!
