- CEO has never worked a day in the industry, and it shows - CEO and manager expectations are consistent with people who have never done this before. Completely irrational expectations placed on us and then fed to clients, then we're yelled at for not meeting them - Clients and staff cycle in and out faster than you can learn their names - CEO and managers are completely incapable of taking accountability for things that go wrong. Staff aren't trained or supported, then yelled at for failure - CEO has an attitude and a temper, always thinks she's right and will fire anyone who disagrees with her - Staff turnover is insane. There's been multiple people fired with no warning and half a dozen other people have left on their own - Mediocrity is rewarded. People are given promotions just because the CEO is afraid of losing them and not because they're good at their jobs. CEO is incapable of holding poor work accountable - Salaries are completely under what other companies are paying for the same title, but the CEO and managers get mad and start screaming if you point that out
