      Engaging work, fun culture, good people at the technician level

      Cons

      Covid response was abysmal for units in the sample processing department. Failure to prioritize personnel over financial quotas was obvious and problematic, and it didn’t change as the pandemic stress receded.

      1. Upward mobility for those who work for it. 2. Constant raises and market adjustments for those who work for it. 3. Equal opportunity for men and women (whoever is best for the job) ex. half of the higher-ups at the company are women half are men. 4. High level of understanding and flexibility from management. 5. Great culture 6. Fantastic benefits
