There were no downsides as long as you knew what you were signing up for.

Some of the employees are very nice.

With high turnover in management, it seemed that adhering to policies was overlooked completely. For example, I rarely was allowed to take my state mandated break from working 8-9 sometimes 10 hour shifts. I wish I stuck up for myself and got what I legally deserved but management was not approachable and did not take younger employees seriously.
