Pros
Fairly easy work. Menu is set. High volume on weekends. Easy work for the uninspired. Don't expect to advance so if you just like line cooking this is the place for you.
Cons
Owners indulge at the bar a little too much. Pay is really low. No creative work allowed. If you want to do more than line cooking don't work here.
