      Pros

      Creativity and innovation are the bywords of this 2 year old startup led by people with big company credibility and tons of industry contacts. This means new ideas are welcome, even mandatory, as the company builds out its M&A, executive search, strategy & operations, and IT practices. Stable financially and lots of upward career potential. Fully Virtual with a great group of professionals. Great health benefits and PTO--and fully virtual.

      Cons

      This is a lean startup. The money is great and the teach is well supported, but other areas-- marketing, HR, etc-- sometimes lack resources that larger companies enjoy. It's really all about self-initiative-- putting the clients first, second and third are the success drivers for everyone here.

      Company is virtual, so it's great if you like remote work but would not be a good option if you need in-person interaction
