Pros

Great people at all levels of the company (intelligent, dedicated to the company and each other's personal development); smart management/HR who actually listen and react!!; competitive pay and generous benefits/PTO; focused and specific mission and objectives. Also (and this is huge in virtual work) an understanding that work time is work time, and nights/weekends are off limits. If you're interested in healthcare, this is a great, fun, rapidly growing, yet financially secure, start up to work for.

Cons

A tendency to sometimes over-complicate/over-think less than essential questions; the virtual model doesn't work for everyone.

Thanks for the review and the thoughtful suggestion that we keep keep doing what we are doing, and that we keep our eye on the prize: "a great team with a great mission." Agree that the virtual model has its challenges and won't be for everyone, but for the highly motivated individual, it is a game-changer-- remember commuting? Thanks for reminding us not the over-think the inessential: maybe "Simplify & Focus" could be an internal company mantra!
